Evaporative water cooler, You have worked at my cooler gone and it's 2nd time both times it was just due to age on the parts. What was most impressive is your representative on the phone was very polite respectful And connected me to a Tech right away. The Tech showed up 5 minutes prior to Wendy was supposed to which surprise me surprise me I was extremely happy. We all know these days when you make appointments compliments very seldom do they happen on time . Made sure thermostat was programed and working. Checked over the whole unit. Put the vent cover back in place. He was very polite and professional.
