Best company in the valley. In the middle of a 110 degree heat wave, one our A/C units stopped working. We have 12 employees working in our office, so we needed help. Thurlows came out immediately, diagnosed the issue, scheduled a crane, and installed a new A/C unit within 48 hours of my initial call.

To get our heater back in working order, I called that day. At a fairly affordable price, they immediately responded and resolved the problem. I have previously worked with other air conditioning businesses in the High Desert, but I was not as pleased. In every way, Thurlow's excels.

Called at 9am as my AC went out. Rick showed up by 11am and had it back up in running within 20 minutes. He took pictures and showed me what’s wrong as well as prices for the part needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The service was great! They really took time to understand my situation. My family is on a tight budget after Christmas so they really worked with us on the price. I am so grateful that there are companies like this that really help their customers out in a bad situation.

Came on a weekend after we had someone else no call no show to repair. Very professional and helpful. We will need to replace our unit soon and will use them in the meantime they have fixed our ac unit.

I was very happy with the service Rick performed. Showed up at the appointed time called a half hour before arrival and explained the issue and then took care of it within a half hour.

Our service technician was kind and punctual. He had a lot of expertise and experience, and I immediately trusted him. He completed the task for us.

I had Rick come out to help me determine if I should replace my old unit. He really did what was right for me and found some parts to repair the existing condenser. I probably would have agreed to replace it if he suggested.
