Aace's Heating Air Conditioning & Swamp Coolers

I am very impressed with this company. Can’t stress enough how happy I am with the service I received. From start to finish I felt taken care of and most importantly the communication between the staff on the phone was phenomenal. Seth Reed was my assigned tech to service my AC/Unit and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me explaining my issues. Aace’s Heating and Air is operating at a very high level and deserve every 5 star review they have. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

I am so grateful I found this company. I believe it was the owner himself who arrived to do the work. He was friendly and honest. He quickly located the problem I was having and had the parts on hand to fix it. He could have easily told me I needed a new system and I would have believed him. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Installed two units. Was fast and efficient. The workers were friendly and respectful. My only issue was the damage that was ignored and leaving metal sticking up off the sidewalk where I could’ve been hurt if I tripped over it. The soda and nuts n bolts can left in my attic. I’m very thorough so I check everything especially for the price I paid.they did send a repairman to fix the damage but if I didn’t address it, they would have just acted as if it didn’t happen.

I contacted Aace’s Heating and Air because I was having trouble with my air conditioning unit. Felix came out on time. He was polite, professional and fixed the problem immediately. He gave me information about needed services without pressure or a hard sell. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with the service. I will trust them with all my air conditioning needs in the future.

FELIX WAS AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. He made sure that we were given the best service and he had the knowledge and skill to figure out the exact problem and save our house from this heat. Our family is so thankful for his professionalism and his help.

The company called me back quickly and were able to schedule me within the same week of my call. The first guy who came out was Jonathan and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was amazing. For my duct cleaning and swamp cooler set up the guys who came out were professional and great. I would rate this 4.5 stars but Google isn’t letting me give a half star. The only reason why I would give them 4.5 and not 5 is because we hired this company to clean our vents SPECIFICALLY so when we turn on our swamp cooler little to NO dust comes flying out. However, when they turned it on there was so much dust! My husband had our baby in the living room he had to run her to our family room and dust got EVERYWHERE in all of our rooms all over our stuff. Even though I saw them cleaning the vents with my own eyes with the amount of dust that came out it made me question if they cleaned thoroughly up top as well. I do realize living in the desert dust is unavoidable. Overall though I’m very satisfied with the service and I would hire them again.

Seth is a fantastic employee. Professional, diligent, kind, friendly, helpful. He replaced our AC, as well as took moments to chat with my special needs son who was interested in what he was doing. Great customer service.

Had Four Swamp Coolers that needed service and maintenance..Felix arrived and did a wonderful job.. Felix was professional and courteous. I Will continue to do business annually with Aace's to maintain the Swamp Coolers. The cost of the services was very reasonable. They offered an Annual Service Maintenance plan which could save money. I would recommend Aace's to family and friends..

Jonathan was EXCEPTIONAL. From arrival to departure, he was kind, thorough and swift. Never has A/C repair ever been this great. He is extremely knowledgeable, double checked his work, and made sure to fill me in on what the issue was and what he was doing to resolve it. I will make sure to use Aace’s any time I need something else because Jonathan sold me on the type of quality this company has. Thank you!

We had Seth come out and get our AC unit going. After 3 times taking it back and it still not working he came out the next day and now we're nice and chilly enjoying our air. Thank you Seth!
