We got the highest tier full AC cleaning which included inside & outside coils.
Anthony did a phenomenal job, and Joanna was really friendly to work with.

A couple years back we had a carbon monoxide issue with our heater in our apartment. Management sent their techs and they kept insisting the heater was dirty. Carbon monoxide detector kept going off. Techs came back about 3 times. I was so frustrated, told them not to come back and advised management I would find my own company.
I contacted California Heat and everyone at the company was so nice and responsive. My heater needed to be replaced. Gas company came back, tested and gave the ok. No more worries about carbon monoxide. I was reimbursed by management.
Since then, I call California Heat for maintenance every year. Carbon monoxide poisoning is very serious and I am very confident and happy with California Heat.

Joanna the office rep was courteous and helpful, and the service tech, Anthony was competent, knowledgeable and friendly. We have used California Heat and Air for our heating and ac needs. In this case we noticed two rooms of our house not getting as much cold air flowing through the ducts. They came and gave me three options to resolve the problem. I was impressed with how quickly they came to diagnose the issue. We scheduled the service visit for yesterday. Anthony showed up on time as usual and took good care to keep our house clean during his work. He brought the parts needed for the fix and was done in less than 2 hours. Anthony explained what he did, took pictures of the finished work and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Everyone I dealt with, from the office staff for scheduling to Abraham and Anthony for the service provided great customer service!

Abraham and the team at California Heat Air Conditioning are super helpful and professional. My heater wasn't working for a few days and they came out for a diagnosis. Abraham was able to get it working and recommended a few replacement parts to keep it working longer. They were super profession, explained everything along the way and provided an estimate for future repairs and replacement.

We ended up replacing our AC unit and Abraham and his team were able to get a new unit installed by the end of the day requiring one his guys (thanks Edwin!) to work until it was almost dark to finish the job. We really appreciated the customer service to resolve the issue so quickly.

Abraham and his crew did a very professional job installing a new furnace in my sister’s house. In addition, he and his crew installed
wall heaters in my rental units. Very nice work.

I was blessed to be referred to this company in 2018. They are so knowledgeable about HVAC systems that I refuse to use another company. Always a pleasure to work with this company, had previously used them for installation of AC units and now for air purifier. Thank you for the service and for pointing out future issues. Always good to know what to expect from old units. definitely will call them to update the old unit when the time comes.
