Aire Serv of The Gold Country

We had Air Serv. repair our old heater and air conditioner. When we decided to purchase a new heater and air conditioning unit we called Air Serv. They are honest and fair. They did an excellent job installing the new unit. Customer service is top-notch.

An Aire Serv technician quoted me a price for the repair of a worn-out burner on my heater. When it was determined that parts were no longer available, Brian installed a brand new heater for the quoted price of the repair! Heather deserves special recognition, as she was very helpful.

It means a lot when the service comes back and remembers you and your system. We got service that was amazing and thorough. I don't know about the whole company but our tech was perfect this year and last year.

I called the company and was pleasantly surprised they said they could come the same day 145-345 around 230 they called and said I would have to be closer to 430 530 cam with no call no show my wife called a gentleman called back around 6 and said it would have to be another hour and a half well past the time I usually go to bed for work not to mention the time it would take to repair it was a 100+ out today and wild fire smoke I shouldn't have been lead on that they could come out and really couldn't or better communication would have been nice now I have to endure another high 80 degree inside my house or open my windows for the wild fire smoke to come inside

No show no call no service?

Jan 30 2019,I made an repair appointment at 4:30 pm, and I called back at 4 4:30 5 pm to confirm someone is coming?

I was told by the service lady Heather,he is on the way?

Up to 8 pm, no one comes? No one called?

The service is not as what they told you on the phone!

They are not reliable at all!

Try others! You might pay for nothing.

Excellent company to work with. Friendly, efficient staff that go out of their way to get your problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Fantastic experience. Had a unique problem with my system which took a few hours to diagnose and fix. The fee was very fair, and they even took electronic payment.

We needed emergency, weekend repair to our furnace. Made one phone call to their calling service and had a tech come out within 3 hours to diagnose and do the repair. They know their stuff!
