Only leaving a 5 star review because there's not an option to leave more. These guys were fantastic on a personal and human level. We had Tony, Danny, Erik, and Jesus helping us out today.
These guys helped us save so much money, as well as doing a fantastic job with the maintenance.
They went above and beyond with helping us with minor adjustments to things that resulted in major improvements.
They even set us up for success by providing recommendations and tips.
Lastly, they made it extremely apparent that if we were dissatisfied in any way or ran into any complications in the future, they would happy to assist.
I highly recommend this place; and thank you guys again (if you even get to see this)

Tony and John did a great job. Everything went smoothly and professionally. They did a surprisingly detailed job. Added many “to code” details that were missing on the old system. They cleaned up that was better than before. I highly recommend them you won’t regret it.

I had a very pleasant and professional installation today. All three guys Tony, Louie, and Jack did a very clean job I could tell they take care in their work. They made sure to answer/ address all my questions and concerns. I will recommend to other thanks guys!

Good, fast same day service. I would have given them
5 stars but they charged $315 to replace a $20 motor start capacitor. So you do the math. I don’t mind paying a premium for quick service but it was a 105 F and they had me. Fair price would have been $ 175-$ 190 so lesson learned get competitive quotes if you can wait :-(

Kenny was prompt and installed my thermostat so easily even though there was a problem with the power . He went into the attic and fixed it easily.

Gabriel was a wonderful tech and came out right at the beginning of my service window. He checked out all my equipment inside then out so we could systematically determine where the problem was.

He encouraged me to observe so the diagnostics and services rendered were fully transparent.

He came to a conclusion quickly and repaired it FAST and gave me the layman’s lowdown on future system maintenance and possible issues.

Install manager, Tony, and his crew-Danny, John, Hector, and Hugo, did a phenomenal job with the installation of our new A/C and heating system! They were efficient, tireless, readily answered questions, protected our floors with drop cloths, covered our belongings, and cleaned up the work areas. Tony made sure both systems were functioning appropriately before leaving. We are satisfied!

We called for an estimate. Tech told us we needed a part that was being sold by others at $125 but they wanted to charge $650 for it, and told us there’s no way they’d instal anyone else’s. We’ve been waiting for a week for an estimate which we were told he would get back to us with. We left a voicemail…will keep you updated.

Having used several other A/C companies in the SCV area over the years, we are glad to have stuck with Affordable Air. Their speed of response is outstanding… same day usually. Their office, invoice, booking and communication systems and protocols are excellent… you always know what’s happening, who’s coming - and when. Always punctual. Their technicians are obviously trained to a high standard and the products they install and their work on existing installations have proved excellent on each occasion. This is a competitive sector. Affordable Air seems to have figured out what customers want (reliability, availability and affordability) and offer it every time.
