Affordable Air and Heating

Not sure we’re to start, I have used them a year ago, our technician at that time his name was Anthony, great guy & honest with us. Well this year our air conditioner went out so we needed to replaced it. I didn’t shop around I felt confident what Issac said who came out a week ago that the compressor went out. The crew he sent out Erik, Jesse, Nick, Angel, Oscar & John were great honest, respectful cleaned up afterwards left no mess. Didn’t mine me asking questions took the time to make sure I understood and was satisfied.. Highly! Highly! Recommend them..

My system needs R-22 Freon, they are going to charge me $260/lb while the cost is about $365 for a 10lb cylinder. It's not affordable at all.

One of our A/C vents went out in the middle of a heat wave. An internet search recommended a professional HVAC to diagnose the problem; Yelp’s positive reviews led me to Affordable Air & Heating. They were very responsive, scheduled an appointment within a few days, and were on time. Isaac quickly diagnosed the problem - a burned out capacitor and gave me a $350 quote to install it on the spot. Being inexperienced and wanting to get the system back up, I went for it and our A/C ran again within minutes.
The part costs only $8 and the installation is super easy.
Next time, I’ll buy and install the part myself, saving about $280. Thanks to Affordable Air & Heating I now know how to.

Our Air Conditioning failed after 17 years. We decided to go with Affordable Air because their quote was thorough and their price was substantially less than another quote we had received. When we called for an appointment, they were able to get a technician there in 2 hours!

We were impressed that Affordable Air sent out text messages introducing us to their employees who would be coming to our home. The text messages included a picture of the individual and brief description of their experience. Jeremee was the technician sent to our home to assess our AC/Heating units. Jeremee was very professional and explained 2 options available to us. He was great to work with and got installation scheduled for 2 days later.

For installation, Jesus, Louie and Omar came out. We were very happy with their obvious expertise in installation. When the job was completed the units were working great and the work areas were clean and secure. We were very fortunate to have Jesus, Louie and Omar as our installers. Great company!

Affordable Air was very responsive with next day appointment to address my A/C problem. Anthony was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Also performed a check of the entire system . Very satisfied with this company and technician. Will do business again.

Tina in the office was great! She responded quickly and set up a technician for the next day. Jeremee was able to come even earlier than expected and quickly and professionally fixed my AC. I was impressed that a new customer could get such quick service during this extreme heat. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians! I have had several A/C and Heater service companies in the past, most were terrible, some where just OK, but I can honestly say Affordable Air was fantastic.

Even when a small confusion occurred at the beginning of the A/C install, they did not hesitate to find a quick way to fix the issue, and spent extra time making sure everything was sorted out along with a smile on their face and a very appreciated apology for the delay. Despite that, they stayed until the new unit was installed properly and working just right!

Anthony, Francisco, Elvis and John went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the install were done correctly, quickly and put up with my constant curiosity questions along the way!

Got us back up and running inside 20 minutes and the work was honest and direct without unnecessary up-sells. He took time to educate us about our system and it’s proper maintenance.
