Mark was the service pro that worked on my plumbing issues. He was knowledgable, helpful, and prompt and friendly. He was able to target and fix multiple plumbing problems that I had. He explained the options and service charges fully. I was very satisfied with his service, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

Cash the repairman was Excellent , he came out to fix what last repairman missed and messed up. He is so kind and professional. I will definitely ALWAYS ask for Cash to come out for any future plumbing needs.

IvI' had Same Day Service coming to my house for several years now. Today's technician was Jimmy. As usual he was amazing. They always do a very thorough job checking all my systems. They have also done some repairs for me and their prices are fair. I have other work that needs to be done, but they never prpressur me to handle it immediately. I have and will always recommend Same Day Service to my friends and family.

Corky was great. He helped us with all our questions and was very positive and proud to be an employee of Same Day Service. I enjoyed the time he spent here and would recommend your company in a heart beat because of him.

I won't be using them again. Our last experience with them wiped out any and all plaudits I had for them.

Our service request took too long to finish. I know it was impacted by the Christmas/New Years Holidays, but we were without heat for more than two weeks.

Questionable sub-contractors used for mandated asbestos removal. We incurred damage to the house's ceilings by these guys...

The type of additional equipment we wanted for our water heater became something altogether different without any explanation. It was installed incorrectly and didn't work. The water heater itself looked as if a child installed it.

Subsequent efforts to remediate were carried out by a competent fellow, but it was truly a case of 'too little, too late'

We were never compensated for our inconveniences or the damages we incurred. As I said earlier in this review, we had been a 'member' of their services club and have had good service in the past, but this episode changed all that!

Appointment was scheduled in one day. Service technician Corky was very courteous and pleasant and explained a plan of repairs and scheduled work to be done next day. Was happy to get work done promptly for the sale of my home.

We've always had a good experience with Same day plumbing. They are always prompt, get the job done quick at a reasonable cost. Martin has repaired quite a few things for us he is always honest and does good work. AND, he is a dog lover. "Nala thanks you for the dog bone, Martin".

RIP OFF AND RUDE. They want $1200 to hydrojet our sewer line (short and easy to access line). Express Sewer & Drain will do it for $350.

I am NOT connected with either company at all. I had Same Day out to clean our drain. I asked to have the root cutter attachment used. The technician agreed. Two days later our line was clogged again. Obviously the root cutter was not used.

I called and raised this problem with the office manager, she was rude and unhelpful. I repeatedly asked why the cutter was not used and she had no answer. That is just her policy. She wants $1200 to hydro-jet the line. Or $10,000 to replace it. Price seems quite ridiculous.

I started doing an internet search and quickly found Express Sewer & Drain which charges $350 per hour for hydro-jetting the line. I rate Same Day as very poor, rip-off service.

I called then and the same day show up to fix the problem, they work until get the situation under control and solve the problem. I am very happy with this service and I will recommend then for any small and big plumber issue. Very courtesy people and you can tell that they know what they doing.
They have the best technology on equipment and very honest charging what they say.
I strongly recommended this company.
