After 22 years our home Heating and AC died. So we got a brand new system installed from Henry Mechanical-who did an excellent job. They chose Archon as their independent partner to do the duct and installation inspection. Archon setup appt. right away and sent out Marcelus Jones to review the work. Marcelus was extremely polite and courteous. Called ahead and arrived on time. Went through and checked everything thoroughly with their specialized testing equipment for pressure, no leaks etc. Additionally, he gave me excellent advice on several thing indirectly related to his required job that I asked him about: 1. My thermostat problems, 2. How to improve my cold kitchen by installing insulation underneath in crawl space
3. Totally unrelated -asked him about best tool digging for a trench in my back yard as I am installing a greenhouse – again gave me good info.
Marcelus did a great job- he was knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Archon for any future services they offer.

Archon performed a required duct leak inspection on our new furnace. Felipe came on time, was very courteous and professional , He explained what and why he was doing, and competently and efficiently performed the work. Very good experience.

Cody Healer did the testing on our new furnace and ducts. He was excellent. He came exactly on time, was extremely polite and thorough and completed the testing in about 30 minutes. He explained the process every step if the way. We have a very active collie/ shepherd dog, who barked on arrival, and Cody waited patiently at the door until she calmed down, and he greeted her with a quiet demeanor. She loved him and was happy the whole time. I would highly recommend thus service.

Archon did the testing after Comfy AC replaced my Compressor and all the ducts in the house. Chadd was on-time, very nice, explained what was happening, and went to work. The whole process probably lasted less than 25 minutes. The scheduler was also very nice, she was able to give me the ETA within just a few minutes (if only the cable company could do that).

I had a new AC unit put in by a local HVAC company. Brandon B from Archon Energy Solutions did a third party inspection for the Title 24 certification. Brandon was on time and professional in conducting the tests. He was very patient with all my questions. At the end, he also gave me a checklist on the next steps to complete the building permit on the new AC install. Thank you Brandon.

Marcellus Jones came to my home for an inspection. He was very professional and courteous. I would have him back anytime. I was actually kinda sad when he left. He lifted my spirits. Thank you Marcelus

Mr. Collins checked the air conditioner unit , which I had it installed recently in my house. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very responsible to make sure whether the air conditioner is functioning well or not. Thanks to him for his help !
