Taqee arrived on Sunday and evaluated the problem correctly.
He removed the toilet and used a mechanical drain machine and unplugged the blockage in the main sewer pipe. Total time spent on the job was 1.5 hrs. I was not provided an estimate or quote prior to the work being done.
When they were finished Taqee informed be the cost was $800.00.
I felt this cost was excessive and I should have asked for a quote prior to the work starting.
When the job was complete Taqee asked me to sign 3 different forms one of which has a quote on it.
They did a good job but the cost was excessive for the work performed and the time spent on the project.

All were prompt, polite, and efficient. Appreciated their candor and honesty. Replaced my AC unit, furnace, and ducts.

Very competent, knowledgeable, and he went the extra mile. He noticed and relieved our semi-clogged clean out junction even thought he was only there for a price estimate on using a camera to check our sewer line. This was above and beyond! Thank you. My tankless water heater was leaking internally and needing replacement.
I called for a replacement quote and they were here in 30 minutes.
The next day they found the exact same model 75 miles away.
They were here at my house before noon and we had hot water shortly afterwards.
