Great customer service, honest, and fair priced. I wish other business were just as good. Do not go with anyone else, you will not regret it. We have used pacific breeze for years and never had an issue.

Very impressed with Pacific Breeze from start to finish. Kept us posted when they would be arriving. Allowed on going job inspection and notified us when completed for final inspection. Explained the new setup and operation of thermostat. Fabian and other staff were always courteous. More than pleased with all.

On the hottest week this year, my AC stopped working. I called Pacific Breeze and they came out and found an issue with the unit. They made an immediate repair and returned later in the day with a new part. My AC has been keeping me cool ever since. Great job and Thank you!!

The service... is outstanding! The price is very good, but the product and install job.. IS WONDERFUL! I couldn't love this system anymore than I do !! From the fisrt time I made contact with Pacific Breeze I knew it was the right choice for me.
From the introduction of the installation crew led by Everado and co-worker Jerry. All went by smooth with no problems. Everado kindly suggested that I add an Air Scrubber to the unit. After asking for more details about the piece of equipment he had mentioned to me, Everado was really informed with what the equipment would do for our indoor air quality and how it would greatly help it out.
He handed me a broucher and and after a quick research I was sold on his recommendation.
I greatly appreciated him for bringing it up to my attention.
Wormanship was superb, top-notch, they covered the inside work area. They both were very courteous and well mannered. Jerry gave a thorough report on the status of our ducts up in the attict.

From first contact everyone was very nice. Workers were all very courteous, made sure work area very clean when work done. In all my years have never have workers in my house that were so worried about leaving area clean after work done. Heater works great and they made sure all well before leaving. We met with Michael to go over what would be best for our home. After talking to him we decided to get a new system. Everaldo and Chris just finished up with our new Heating and Air system. Our old system was 20 years old and in need of replacement. We are so glad we went with Pacific Breeze. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service and professionalism that they had.
