Had my AC serviced prior to summer temps. Daniel was on time, didn’t mind my dogs and answered all of my questions. Did a great job checking my system, cleaned up after and was very professional. Strongly recommend this company if you need some AC help!

The technician was cordial and friendly. We went over issues and recommendations. I received a quote of replacement parts/labor cost but there was no details of the findings i. writing. We discovered that he did not switch the lights off in the ceiling. Truly miss Mark from Church Heating who retired and provided the service for the last 5 years.

Installing a heat pump was more work than I realized. But Fabian and his team did a great job, worked steadily, andalways remained calm and helpful. It was a good experience. I would hire rhem again.

Your response is a lie. The appointment on the 6th was NEVER rescheduled. I never had a 2nd appointment scheduled. Therefore not canceled by me. I don't have a son, which is how I know "he" didn't cancel.

I only ask Valerie or Veronica for a little notice, explaining that I need more than a one day to work my logistics out.

I've logged calls on 4/11, 4/18, 4/25, 4/28 and Today.

The card I have from your tech says Pacific Breeze. Churches would have not ignored my calls.
By the way, I was never told that it would be scheduled for next week. That would have been exceptable.
