The estimator arrived on time and said that he will email me the estimate which I never got. The location that the generator would have been would have been a difficult job, maybe that's why I didn't receive any email.
Update: I just received via email an estimate of total, not itemized.

The service tech. was Friendly and worked quick to repair the problem.
He installed two outside outlets with water proof covers, for power in my patio and backyard.

Fantastic service, fantastic people, and fantastic work. Gentec did an extensive and complex (to me) bunch of work on our home, and I could not be happier.

The new Lennox unit is so efficient! Installation by Victor and Michael very professional and courteous. Gentec did not order a HERS though I was charged for one. I caught the effor and it was corrected. Other than that, 5 stars.

The technician that came to my home, Al, gave me all the options for the work I needed done and the pro's and con's for them. The work was done quickly and professionally and I will definitely use them again.
