The work gets done neatly and they show up when they say they will and they finish when they say they will too! Can you believe that?!!!?

The follow up is solid and they show up and work with the Pleasanton city inspectors to get all the permits signed off!

The generator is ready to go the next time PG&E decides to shut down power as a precaution.

These folks are so good that I’m actually asking them for a bid to do other electrical work for me.

We had several items that needed to be done. Al was here on May 5. He looked over the things that had to be done and gave us an estimated cost. He fixed one of the smaller items at that time. Very friendly, chatted with us for a few minutes.
John was here today. Also, a very nice person. He fixed our outdoor lights, replaced 2 overhead lights on our porch, changed a light bulb in a closet, and replaced 2 light bulbs in one of our bathrooms. It was a pleasure doing business with both of the service workers.

The electrician, Albert Moreno, was terrific. He explained each step of the repair process and was very forthcoming if costs were going above estimate. Highly professional. Appreciate his calls about his arrival times or change of schedule.

Great job of ceiling fan installation (2) in the wine bar area of our wine store in Pleasanton this week. The difference in air circulation was immediately noted by customers and staff and I can't thank Ryan enough for the very professional install and I highly recommend GENTEC for any electrical needs. We will definitely only use this fine company for our store in the future.

GENTEC is the best! Al did an amazing job installing new lights in our spare room and previously helped fix some issues after we moved into our new place. I would never call anyone else!

The tech was kind and knowledgeable. He was the only person from all the companies that took off the electrical panel to take a look at what was going on. This company was more expensive, but we liked that they took care to look over everything and talk to us about our options. Everything was done well and signed off by the inspector.

My experience with GENTEC Services for my two home electrical projects was great. From appointment scheduling with pre-day reminder, technician (AL) calling with his ETA, his professionalism and quick service were top notch. I have a sticker on my electrical panel for any future services.

Excellent! The entire staff, from the Manager, Jaremy, to the Technician, Al, were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and unfailingly polite.
With their clean cut and professional attire and their professional and friendly attitude we were very comfortable allowing them in in our home .

After contacting Gentec, they sent electrical technician, AL to review the work needed. He was very specific about solutions and gave me a written quote. (They do charge for this visit but they apply the amount to the work done. Considering the time they take to make sure assessments are thorough and accurate, I now inderstand this request)
Al scheduled a day for the repairs. He called to let me know when he would arrive and was prompt.
The workmanship was professional and I was given written warrantees for the items replaced. He was tidy and cleaned up before he left.
I would highly recommend Gentec.
