Justin was friendly, professional, and helpful as always, performing the routine maintenance very efficiently. He noticed the beginnings of a condenser oil leak and informed us how and when it should be remedied. He also suggested that we modify our enclosure around the condenser to improve air flow. He even removed a light cover for us that we didn't know how to remove so we could replace some bulbs.
We woke up to a VERY cold house and found out that our 20 year old heating system was not working. We placed the call for help and repairman came before noon and replaced an old part. He was very neat--cleaned up area better than it was before coming. We were nice and warm before dinner.
We had Justin come out a couple of times to fix the AC unit. He seems like a really nice and polite guy, but we did not appreciate his lack of communication with the status of our work order (he admitted to dropping a ball on researching a part we needed). In addition, he broke MULTIPLE promises to relay his professional opinion about financial responsibility to a realtor. Although I can understand he did not want to get caught between the realtor and customer, then he should NOT have committed to speaking to the realtor when he was going to ignore the promises he made with us any way. We felt betrayed by his severe lack of regard for customer service despite his nice demeanor in person.
Melissa, the receptionist, was pretty good about relaying the messages between us and Justin since he never wanted to speak to us directly any more.
He was not timely with the report which delayed our work order and, in the end, he did not help with our AC unit getting fixed.
Bottom line to the business: Make sure the employees do not disappoint the customers with false promises that they cannot deliver.
Our gas furnace stopped working so we got recommendations on Nextdoor for local furnace repair businesses. Two people recommended One Way Heating and Air Conditioning. Justin came to our home and diagnosed the problem as a failed electronic part. Justin found a new replacement part in his truck even though our furnace is over 35 years old. So the repair was quick, thorough and reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anybody.
The guys from one way did a great job cleaning my ducts and servicing my AC unit and furnace! They were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions.
It is wonderful to find an honest professional AC services company. One Way Heating And Air was the third AC service I called during the third summer using my AC unit purchased by a flaky Craigslist seller that I could never reach after the first summer's failure. Justin was most helpful in correctly diagnosing the problem and was the only one who told me my unit was covered under the manufacturer's warranty and properly fixed my AC.
Had a 2 hour block for an estimate scheduled for replacing a furnace and installing new AC. Waited around. No show. Ended up calling them and they said they weren't interested in the work. Based on my experience, seems like they don't want to do installs but rather just small work so wouldn't waste your time. Rude. Not professional.
Just a fabulous family owned business. Today the team replaced an older wall mounted unit that died. Put in Bryant 12000 BTU unit. Absolutely quite. No sound in 18 foot high bedroom. Terrific guys (3) did install. Good on you for owner Randy. Had his team here in 1 day. Kept my wife from freezing. Use these folks! Bob And Linda, Manhattan Beach.
After getting lied to by two other hvac repair guys (est.$1000), Matt was in and out in 30 min. for less than $150. Competent, honest, Christian, family owned.

Oneway installed a new Hvac in our home and then used them for our rental property. Very professional and quality work.
