NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

Great company, I'm a property manager for an apartment complex and I've hired them a few times and are my go to AC repair company. They are alway on time and are very professional. George and Johnny are two great AC technicians. Also their office staff is top notch in getting everything scheduled and communicating with the technicians.

Even though I decided not to get the AC installation due to my current financial situation, I have to say, the 2 gentlemen that came out for the estimate were so nice, professional, and knowledgeable that I have to give my feedback(and I hardly do reviews). Art and (sorry I forgot the other guy's name) answered all of my questions and were super friendly! I would definitely due business with them if the opportunity arises! :-)

$88.00 special plan. Jose was very nice and professional. Needed a few other things that Jose took care of.

Recently I notified Nexgen to come out and give me an estimate on a main drain problem I was having with my A/C unit. The unit works perfectly fine, but the main drain pan is cracked causing the condensation to flow the the secondary drain pan and water flowing outside of my home.
I had an independent contractor (who owns his business), give me an estimate of $1000.00 to repair the problem. At the beginning of the year, this same contractor moved my compressor from the rear of my home to the side of the house. Additionally, he installed dampers in my ducting, added another thermostat (upstairs), and serviced my system. He did all of this for a total of $2800.00.
Nexgen's estimate to repair my main drain problem was $4600.00!! Wow, I believe I can replace that whole unit for that amount of money. This astronomical estimate reinforces my belief that big companies such as Nexgen are not the way to go. Shame on Nexgen. Buyer Beware!!!

Kevin Volk and George Ramirez were so professional and thorough with the inspection of our AC and furnace system. They were very pleasant and polite and both provided explanations of our problems with photos and videos of the current condition of our old system. We got the run around from OTHER AC service companies but NEXGEN did exceed our expectations!
They also love Dogs which was great because our Beagle and Poodle always get excited around new faces but the guys didn't mind.

The company stood by their quote and commitment. System works well, equipment is excellent and as much difficulty they had with my HOA, they stood by and completed as they promised. I highly recommend. I need to add to a unit I already have, in Joshua Tree area. I wish they installed in that area. It’s my only regret, they don’t install in that area!

A technician (Bill) came out to give me estimates. He was early, but checked to make sure that was ok. He listened, checked my home & explained the options to me - no sugar coating or trying to sell me one or the other. Then within a couple of hours he had quotes ready & had emailed them to me. It was so refreshing that he didn’t take up needless time trying to sell me on things, then followed through so quickly.

NEXGEN did a great job on the AC installation, completing everything timely and completing the work with ease. They made sure I was completely satisfied.

Then the heat wave came and we were away for a day with the AC off. Came home to a 90 degree house, so we cranked the AC full blast. It took awhile to cool down so I texted the owner and he had Ruben at my house within the hour. Unbelievable service!

Ruben again took the time to measure airflow and temperature at every vent. Looked at ambient temperatures and environment and provided tons of information, suggestions, advice, etc.

The level of service at NEXGEN is next level! Bar none. The best. I have ready recommended them to others who have used their services and have the same great feedback.

We have used Nexgen now for Air Conditioning, heating and now they will be installing a de-humidifier system for us. Also replaced a garbage disposal and will be fixing a water leak. They are professional, efficient, on time, courteous, friendly, very enjoyable people to be around. We think the world of them and will recommend them to everyone who needs this work.Nancy and John Larsen
