excellent all around. Service provider, Dustin, was very professional and explained everything he was doing and completed.

The re-piping of my entire home was quoted as. 3-day job which took 5 days. The workers said they would clean at the end if every day. They only cleaned the first 3 days. The last two, which were the ones where most of the work was done, they not only left a mess but they also damaged parts of my home. On the last day, they re-hooked up my washer and dryer and did not test to make sure it worked. Now I do not have a working washer. No one will come out to fix my washer

These guys have gone DOWN HILL fast. They are no longer reliable, professional, or competitive.

We had some plumbing work done 4 weeks ago and have been struggling waiting for the project to be completed.

I have sent Kenny Domino, their "controller" multiple emails but he is not responsive.

Avoid these guys if at all possible.

We have used Nexgen for several services over the past couple of years. Always responsive and professional. Definitely recommend them.
