A/C unit stopped working on a super-hot and muggy day (of course!). Thermostat showed everything is normal, but there was no cooling and no fan. Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair sent a technician who arrived quickly (under 3 hours), identified the issue (loose connection in a disconnect box), climbed to the attic and fixed it explaining and showing the picture of the box. Great price for the service I needed! I looked everywhere for someone that had R12 service. No one had it. Not even the big chain repair shops. O'Reilly spanaway referred me to this gentleman. I told him I needed an R12 evacuation, as I was planning to do the repairs myself. R12 is a dangerous substance and needs to be properly disposed of. He evacuated it at a fair price. I might come back for the recharge once I'm done with repairs. He even had seats and a TV ready in his garage, which was a plus, cause I had 4 kids with me. Definitely recommend him.
