Our AC went out downstairs (in July) and in our infant son's upstairs bedroom and Rob came out the next day to check it out. Not only was his service call the lowest quote around, but he worked us in and made an evening house call to accommodate our work schedules. He fixed both of our issues right away and didn't try to sell us on parts or services we didn't need. He obviously knew what he was doing and he gave us a great price! We highly recommend this company for their speedy, reliable, and honest work.

Rob is a total pro and went above and beyond to get my AC unit back on track. He was an excellent communicator and walked me through every decision along the way, He was extremely thorough and came back a few days later to ensure everything was running smoothly. He is very friendly and honest. He definitely knows what he is doing, and I will never use anyone else. His prices are great, and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. Oh Wow! Rob and Francisco were my saving Grace today. Our upstairs AC unit went out over the weekend, only blowing out HOT air. We placed a call to Shield Mechanical and Rob was more than happy to help out. They arrived and left in less than 30 minutes having found the problem fixed it and still had time to advise me on our entire unit. I received extra helpful information on how to extend the life of our AC unit and how to more efficiently keep it running. Thank you thank you we are all happy and COOl now. On Monday morning, I woke up to find my furnace was not working. I called Shield Mechanical and fortunately they were working nearby. Shortly afterwards, owner Rob Gutierrez came by to fixed the problem.

Gutierrez charged me the standard $60 diagnostic fee and suggested replacing my furnace from the mid 1970s. Gutierrez showed me a chart of how much I could save in energy efficiency.

When I replace my furnace, I will call Shield Mechanical.
