On Time Home Services

We had to replace our 19 year old AC units and after getting estimates from different companies we decided to go with OnTime Home Services. Their professionalism is the best we’ve seen, and it comes from every single one of their team members. The installation team was very respectful and mindful of our home space during the installation, and communication with the office team made the process flawless. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

I was able to get appointment right away. The service was thorough and the price was very reasonable. I signed up for their annual plan. I had Tony come out to do our A/C tune ups and explained everything along the way, which I appreciated. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the services and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and Tony.

We replaced 16 year old ac equipment with all brand new equipment. We opted for On Time's top tier Bosch variable speed condenser units, with all the goodies included with the evaporator coils. Justin and Kent, and the other fellas did a great install. We recommend them!

We had our whole ac system replaced in 2019. Recently our ac stopped working. We paid a 90$ service fee for the tech to tell us, “it’s the thermostat wiring. All they did was just snap on a new thermostat” and quoted us $2000 to fix and calling it a “complete electrical rejuvenation”. I called the company to discuss what actually needs to be done. They wanted to send out their “best tech at no charge to see what is going on”. Our appointment was at 10 and he showed up at 3. Well that tech charged us $270 for labor to fix what originally should have been done. I wish we would have away from this company.

I've used "On Time" HVAC company for many years and am happy with their services. The first time they came out my AC was probably five years old and needed updating. Their comprehensive evaluation including meter readings, pictures and checking of fluid levels convinced me of their competency, and the need for updating my system. Given the hot summers and cool winters in Temecula we rely quite heavily on our HVAC system so it's not the place for us to cut corners. Fortunately, they were not that expensive for the work they performed so I contracted with them for two services per year. Once before summer to check the AC and once before winter to check the heating system. And the money has been well spent as I don't even have to worry about it, my HVAC is serviced On Time and it's one less major headache for me. Thanks On Time!! Steve

On Time came out to clean out our dryer vent. The experience with them was excellent! from the receptionist who scheduled us next day, to the technicians who were very polite, informative, and made sure we were satisfied with the job we paid for. Five stars to your team!! Will definitely recommend and keep you in mind for future jobs.

My experience from start to finish has been great. Got an excellent price for an entire new furnace/heating system install and the techs were amazing. Matt and Miguel showed up On Time ( ha ha ) and were super friendly and courteous and funny. I got the feeling they really enjoyed doing their job. They did a beautiful job on the installation and cleaned everything up beautifully. I would definitely have them back again in the future! I don't leave reviews all that often, but their service was over and above.

Tony Frazzini was my tech today. He was efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Tony was very helpful in making a suggestion that is ultimately going to save me money. Everyone that I spoke with at On Time Home Services was courteous and helpful.

Brian Lombardi was my sales rep today. Brian was patient and respectful of my financial situation. I feel I made the right purchase with Brian's helpful suggestions.

Great job by folks at On Time. Courteous, responsive and reliable. Had to get some emergency work done recently. In an industry (and time of year) where homeowners can't help feeling taken advantage of, these guys were superstars. Mike, Gus and the team were awesome: transparent and efficient. Highly recommended and would use again if needed.

The scheduling coordinator, owner, and service technician were all professional. They came quickly after I called. I’ve never had this service done before and my dryer is already working better than ever, no more double drying! Thanks guys!!
