We discovered this company at the San Diego Home Show. They installed a whole house fan in our attic. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the two guys who came to our home. They not only checked our house to see if the fan would be workable for our home, they spent quite a bit of time afterwards showing us how to use it and answering our questions. We are enjoying the cool air coming into our home via our new fan and not running our air conditioning! Thank you very much.

They gave advice on the beat areas to install the whole house fan and installed the unit very quickly. The process they used for installation kept the area clean as they worked and it looked great when finished. IHES installed my QuietCool Whole House fan. It's a wonderful fan. My fan had started to make a buzzing sound. I felt silly complaing about that issue since it was not real loud. Innovative Home Energy took it seriously and came out quickly. Fortunately, it was a cosmetic-related sound. Plus both workers gave me valuable advice on cleaning the fan grate and also explained the ease of using the remote in practical terminology.
