I went with Innovative Home Energy to install a Quiet Cool whole house fan. The representative I spoke with on the phone with very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best fan for my home (and it wasn't the most expensive one! ). Two very polite and professional young men showed up on time for installation and completed the project quickly. They installed a vent in the hallway leading to our attic/crawl space and even cleaned up after themselves! They took the time to explain how to get the most effective use out of our investment. Outside of the great service, the product is AMAZING. There is an instantly noticeable difference in the airflow in the house. I can only imagine how much this fan is going to save us on our electricity bill by not needing to use the AC. Couldn't be more pleased!

Overall good experience. Amy did a great job scheduling and communicating the whole process. Workers were professional and did a good job with placing the fan and wiring it up. While the removal of the old fan was quite challenging but they were patient and worked hard at it. I really appreciate the quality product they installed.

Scott and Pierce arrived early, installed the Quiet Cool, advanced whole house fan professionally into my house. No installation debris was left behind and they disposed the units packaging. They both thoroughly went over the instructions on how to operate the system. Took less than one hour to install. The Quiet Cool operated as it should and I was blown away with its performance.
