When it comes to heating and air there is no one else I'd call. My heater wouldn't turn on after replacing the batteries in my thermostat and my house was freezing I called Klaus and he sent someone over right away fixed the problem and all for a reasonable price. Had an appointment that they were to show up between 7:30 - 9:30 am, no show. I called and said the person was running late and said he would show soon. He never came and when I called back they said he had to return to last job. No one called to say there was a delay and the person I talked to said her manager said she didn't have to call. I did this out of courtesy to a friend of the wife.
