The Service guy (Chris I think) came over right on time. He quickly accessed the situation (A/C fan was toast) and replaced it and a few other minor repairs to the system in about an hour and a half. He was extremely good natured and informative. We now have a maintenance plan with them which we should have done the last time they repaired the unit. Great Job!

The price was the best quote I had and I was totally surprised when he finished the job that he completed a significant amount of duct work that no one else offered.
