I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating I was so pleased with the service I would highly recommend them. I had alex B do my heater I called them at 10 am they were here by 11:30 gave me a great price I had taken the water heater out and drained it to save him time and they gave me credit for that. I had Alex B he is very thorough in everything he did, it was done in 2 hrs.

My technician was Lucas. He was patient as I was asleep. He waited about 3 minutes at the front door. He greeted me with a smile. Gave me the estimate which I thought was responsible but painful. He was knowledgeable with the few questions that I asked. He completed the job in the estimated time he told me. He left the area he was working in as clean or better than it was to begin with. I am fully satisfied and will recommend Joe's Plumbing & Heating to friends and neighbors. P.S. called Joe's Plumbing & Heating at 5:30 am and was able to get Lucas out to me before noon the same day.

When I had a heating issue in the dead of winter, Joe's Plumbing & Heating came to the rescue. They arrived promptly and were able to repair my heating system, restoring warmth to my home quickly.

I called Water Heaters on a Friday morning hoping someone could come out late afternoon. They told me someone would be there between 4-6 and promptly at 4:05PM, Don showed up. By 4:15 he was installing my upgraded to 50 gallon brand new heater and was all cleaned up and finished by 6:20. He even corrected a potentially dangerous condition with my old pressure valve by installing beautifully plumbed copper piping all the way to my laundry sink, Good price and exceptional work. I will use them again!

We had a new water heater installed on a Saturday by Justin. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. This company is excellent and lucky to have an employee like Justin. Highly recommended!
