Very professional at what they do and will actively communicate with you and tell you what is wrong, what they will do, and what is needed to fix/replace parts in any A/C or heating system. Would very much recommend. 10/10👌

Open 24 hours. Called at 1130 pm saturday night. Received service next day Sunday at 930 am. Problem solved, KP was excellent and my wife was delighted that our 1998 system was running like a horse. The issue was C wire was not connected to the zone boxes when the old honeywell thermostat were put in. so when those old ones died after 22 yrs of service the new smart thermostat would not come on. But that was no issue for KP. It took him a little over an hour to solve our c wire problem and reconnect 2 thermostats old and new and saved our day.
A word of advice: always put back the doors on the hvac - otherwise ur system will not turn on.

Ken was wonderful. Very funny and loving. Make me feel very comfortable and explained everything on point to my understanding. My whole house is very nice and cool inside.

They did my preventative maintenance and the technicians are very knowledgeable about their work.

I got quotes from a few other HVAC contractors. KAP HVAC seemed to have fair prices but what got me was the knowledge of the technician and the professionalism of their staff. They fixed the issues of my HVAC and I am glad I chose them.
Come to find out, the owner is also a Veteran, I am glad to support those who served.
