Spring Valley Local AC Repair

Very nice service to all! My partner demanded me to hire someone who can provide us with a heater repair. I was lucky that I was able to hire a very energetic and genius technician who fixed my unit's problem in a snap. The service that he provided was truly notable, and I would be honored to recommend him to my friends and family!

They need to hire better customer service. They put me in hold and hung up because they couldn't answer my question

They never showed up. Made an appointment and received an email confirmation. After waiting during the 3 hour window in which they never showed up or called, I called them. This was about 2 hours after the 3 hour window to ask what happened. The lady apologized then said they left me a voicemail, which I didn't receive. Instead of correcting the issue on the phone the lady abruptly told me the manager would call me back. I said ok. Never got a call from the manager. I was surprised since this place had so mane good reviews. Guess I will call someone else now.

This company did amazing on fixing my AC. The customer service was outstanding.
