During a record heat wave our A/C blew a fuse and Integrity was out first thing to get us up and running again. Our technician Chris provided excellent service and was an outstanding pleasure. We are very grateful.

I was getting pretty tired of "local" HVAC installers that appear to be 5 star yet have a slew of 1-star reviews. Each one I called had completely random agents answering, and somehow it's the same one HVAC vendor calling me back.

Fortunately, Integrity Comfort Systems is a family owned establishment that does not rely on fake reviews on fake google storefronts to stay in business. Only one of three people will be answering the phones, night and day, and one of them is the owner.

In West LA? Not a problem, they will show up on time, and communicate with rapid turnaround should anything be amiss. Pricier than the 'competition'? They will patiently explain for multiple hours to talk you through any big purchase decision. Steven spent an hour in the sun on my rooftop explaining to me the condition of my condenser unit, how it was salvageable, if I replaced my air handler, but not ideal for the new refrigerants being used. Then another hour on the phone, when I had a different offer for a seemingly cheaper, more efficient unit from the competitor, explaining to me at just the right technical level why the other unit would very likely not perform as expected.

My installation team Andrew, Adolfo and Ruben worked non stop throughout the entire day to get my unit installed, and turned my previously grimy HVAC enclosure into a shiny space ship by the end of the day.

Ryan came out to do seasonal maintenance on my HVAC unit. He cleaned and serviced our HVAC units and, after showing me the furnace blower condition, recommended additional service to clean the blower. No pressure to do it today even though he was ready to do it if I gave him the go ahead. Went ahead and signed up for the year maintenance plan because it was such a great value.

We recently used Integrity to completely replace a 33-year old, dual compressor and dual furnace system with 2 larger compressors, 2 heat pumps, new ductwork and registers.

We got quotes from 4 other companies and found the pricing to vary wildly, and most of them were sketchy or downright unprofessional.

Mike at Integrity was *fantastic*. He spent at least 2 hours during the initial visit scoping out the project and discussing options and even uncovering issues the other 4 companies missed!

Jared and his crew alerted us 30-40 minutes prior to their arrival everyday, and were on time during the 3 days they were here (~9am - 5pm), They also wore shoe covers when indoors, and cleaned at the end of every day.

Their pricing was consistent with other quotes. They weren't the lowest price, but they were far from the highest. We're happy with Integrity and have zero complaints.

Chris from integrity came by to troubleshoot our A/C system. He came on time and was very professional. We knew our system was old and needed replacement and Chris walked us through all our options. We've used Integrity before and they are great to work with and you can count on their honesty and fairness

Integrity and all of the maintenance techs that have come to our home have provided superior work. Carlos Nava came today and was very thorough, professional, and punctual. This company truly goes above in the work that they do and respecting homeowners.

Great customer service! Constant communication about when they would arrive, and arrived right on time! The guys were all so nice and considerate of our home. Worked very hard in very hot conditions, did a great job and cleaned EVERYTHING before they left at the end of the day!

Andrew and his team installed a Mini-split for us and we could not be happier. Eric also diagnosed an AC issue and fixed another problem on a different system. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again when we have HVAC needs!

Had a collapsed HVAC Return Duct and had forgotten about it until the first heat wave of summer hit.
Called around in a panic to find someone who could come out ASAP.
Not only did Integrity get me someone the next day, they had the right parts delivered to the technician only 30m after his initial evaluation and a few hours later I was back up and running.
Best part? They were by far the least expensive of 4 different quotes I got as well.
Trying to schedule them now to come back out and resolve some less time sensitive issues with another AC unit on the other side of my home.

I was sold a $700+ capacitor AND a $150 maintenance plan. I’m good with the maintenance plan but the $700 capacitor is completely out of line. I asked many questions about this, I know capacitors are generally a basic electronic component. I know they store energy. When I asked about the cap that was blown I was told it was a $50 part but I really needed this $700 one. I don’t know how to trust a company that does this.

I believe in paying for expertise and labor. But this is beyond exorbitant. The technician was nice and polite but I don’t think the information I was given was transparent in any way.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to others and I do not trust them.
