I contacted ICS due to the high review marks in Google. I purchased a new HVAC system and ducts to replace the old ones and the installation went smoothly. The technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and took their time to explain the particulars of the installation process. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and left the place spotless. Also, they show me how everything works, to change the filter and patiently trained me on how to use the app to control the smart thermostat. And everything works the way it was promised!
I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Systems and I plan to use them in the future. A big thank you to Jared Fiore, Jose Castaneda and the rest of the crew.

From Juli , the office manager who is always helpful and speaks so clearly that most of the details are accomplished on the phone. Integrity Systems is an amazing company! The office staff is both professional and personal! The technicians were neat and organized and extremely professional in my home. They have also done work in a couple of my family's homes as well. Representative showed up on time and was very thorough in checking the HVAC systems. This was a free preventative maintenance service call.

Our old compressor failed, and we needed a new system. Integrity Comfort Systems came out the day after I called to evaluate the system. Once they determined that we needed a new compressor, I expected it would take a week or so to get one installed. I was happily surprised that installation was possible the next day.

The installation process was clean. They used drop cloths on all inside surfaces and completely cleaned the area outside where the compressor was installed.

AC unit was very dirty from recent yard construction. They worked hard to clean it. Very good job

Installed a new swapcooler motor.
Chris is the best ever. The work is fantastic and very professional.
