This was just the preliminary visit, giving us an evaluation and estimate. Steven was professional and informative, and courteous as well. We ordered the new items we needed, and made the appointment for installation in a couple of days. So far, we are very pleased. EDIT: (Friday) Steven just left, having performed the installation.
