Christian Keeton came to service my HVAC systems today, and I am absolutely delighted with everything about this service call. Christian was right on time and extremely careful while performing the service. He was very kind, friendly and always professional. When he went outside to get additional supplies and equipment, he was super cautious to close the front door behind him to protect my pets. Christian is truly an exceptional example of Integrity’s high standards—he was very thorough in performing this important service and totally respectful to me, to my pets and to my property. I have been an Integrity customer for a very long time, and I wouldn’t consider another company. And Christian was absolutely fantastic—really incredible! Thank you!!

Previous post: I Purchased brand new system last summer and continue routine maintenance. The professionalism, trust, and confidence I receive doing business with them is fabulous. I highly recommend them to anyone considering air or heating repair, replacement or maintenance.
My tech Mike was fantastic. I’m sure I would have gone crazy if it wasn’t for his expertise and outstanding customer service and patience.

Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and demonstrated how I would be able to change my heater filter myself between visits. He carefully checked the furnace and also made sure the AC was all right. He was here on time and
came prepared. He answered my questions and was a very good representative for Integrity.

Integrity provided a complete A/C and heating system for my home. It was well priced and completely met our needs. The salesman was super, professional and a real nice guy to boot. The install team was professional, polite and did great work. I never had a team like Integrity make a large purchase so easy and who did their work so well. I would never hesitate to endorse them to anyone looking for their services. A truly great team, and a truly great job!

Had problems setting up my ecobee . Didn't work. Tried hooking up my old thermostat and that didn't work even though it worked fine before. Long story short I had a blown fuse on the circuit board of the system. Integrity fixed it . Put a new fuse . Wired the hvac correctly and walked me through wiring my ecobee. When I asked how much. Nothing he said. I was stunned. Talk about fantastic customer service. They have 1000% earned my business for anything related to my hvac . One doesn't see businesses with such honesty and integrity anymore. I am truly amazed . I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you.

Integrity Comfort Systems was my first call when I needed AC Maintenance/Repair. I had received this recommendation from my cousin who had used other companies in Ventura County and said they were the best and I agree. Everyone was professional, on time and did a great job. I would definitely give this place your business and use them yearly. I subscribed for their maintenance package and even ordered air filters at a discount on their site.

During a routine servicing call the technicians found my cooling system wasn't working properly. I had a broken wire in the conduit running to my outside unit. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it right away, before the summer heat started up. I am very grateful
