Ron came to house to inventory the parts that will be needed for the installation in two days. went over all details, I was well satisfied.

Christian was very professional. He did so much more than the last company I used. I am going to keep them as my HVAC preventative and repair company.

Cannot say enough good things about this business. The staff on the phone were helpful and organized. The team that came to take care of our AC, Carlos and James, were amazing! They spent the day here figuring out the issue, taking care of it, and explaining everything along the way. Very professional and courteous. Definitely knew what they were doing and did an excellent job!

another post from Nov 22--had Gabriel and Jared to deal with our furnace. They ended up installing a new one, and wow! so fast, so clean, so helpful. This company is truly awesome.

I have used Kenny and integrity comfort air for many years. They are the best, from Julie answering the phone to the technicians Chris and Carlos that came to my house today. I had them do maintenance on two air conditioning units. They were here for over two hours and were very very thorough and answered all my questions. I asked about adding adding a sensor to my systems and they said if you are planning on replacing the units in the near future it will come on the new systems. I really like the Honesty and Integrity of this company and it’s employees. Call them, you will be very, very Happy.

This is my second review for Integrity Comfort. This comes post-work being done. The team that came to service our house was top notch. Andrew, the lead installer and his guys were here for 3 days. They were always on time, extremely kind and thoughtful, answered any questions we had and never made us worry about a thing. Erik also came by the following day to ensure our water heater was back on and functioning. He was super kind and attentive and solved our problem quickly. There are some small finishing touches that remain but Julie and her team are on top of it and I know we’ll be wrapping up everything asap. Another two thumps up for everyone at Integrity for taking the best care of us and showing empathy, kindness and being real reachable humans.

I highly recommend using Integrity. I had used them for a repair last year and again this month to install a new AC system. From start to finish they were amazing to work with. They were upfront about prices in our initial conversation on the phone. Some companies require a visit to even discuss pricing. The visit was fast and painless. Chris answered all my questions before I asked them and we agreed on a price and system rather quickly and were able to schedule the install the very next day after getting financing in place. Install crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They were very organized and had great attention to detail. We had a minor issue that was no ones fault and had to finish the work the next day. They worked around my schedule and came on time again and finished the work promptly. I was really impressed with the install crew and have a new respect for the work they do. Spending hours in a attic in the summer here in So Cal when temps are in the 90's is not fun and not easy to do. Job well done! Thank you!

Integrity has been my go-to for almost 10 years from an entire new HVAC system 7 years ago, then 3 years later I had my system split because my upstairs was not cooling as much as my downstairs. Last week the heater started turning off with an error, so I hired a local company that has been asking for my business for a couple of years to fix the issue. They were here for 2 days trying to diagnose the issue and to no avail. So, I called Integrity after 1 week of no heat to my house and they found the problem and fixed it after 45 minutes. I will never call anyone else again! Thank you, Integrity, for hiring and keeping very experienced people!
