A friend of mine recommended I give Adam and Nick a call to fix my broken A/C, I had got an estimate from another company and was told I needed a new unit, Adam came out and was very pleasant and seemed like he really wanted to fix the problem, after working on the unit for 10 minutes he discovered a loose wire and fixed it! He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need! These guys are honest and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs and wants honest, professional service. In the hottest part of the summer our A/C stopped working. We reached out to CAS and the owner Adam arrived to our house within 2 hours. I was assuming it would be an equipment replacement and a big expense, but Adam took his time to diagnose the problem and found a damaged electrical component. He surprisingly had this component in his truck and an hour later we were up and running. Great experience and we will definitely use CAS next time we need heating and AC work done at our home or business.

After dealing with several home owner warranty companies I decided I was going to look for a professional company that wasn’t trying to take advantage of my insurance. This company owned by I think Adam (who I spoke with and was very professional) sent an employee out named Nick. I couldn’t believe my homeowners warranty was taking advantage of me. It is nice to see that there is awesome companies out there like this that will be honest and tell you what is really wrong with your system and charge you accordingly.

Adam and Nick were very helpful and patient with me. I ran into an issue with my heater and stove and running new gas lines. They were quick and efficient in solving the issue and I would highly recommend them. They also relocated my condenser and thermostat. Changed ducting and charged my system. Adam and Nick are the guys!
