I had a great experience with Santa Monica Air Conditioning and Heating INC! Dan was the tech that came on site. He was professional and very informative. I had been putting off calling a heating and cooling company for a while because I know I have an old unit and I assumed whoever came out would tell me I just needed to replace it. He diagnosed the issues, fixed everything and my AC is blowing colder than ever. Very honest. Did not just resort to replacing my unit when it would have been the easy upsell.

It is that time of year when you know you want your HVAC unit to run smoothly. You need the A/C maintenance done quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable cost. I was so lucky to have found the company that checked off all the boxes. Sam was my tech and he did everything he was suppose to do and gave me a new filter as well. I will call them again for sure.

My service was phenomenal. Dan was super professional. He explained all service options and available payment plans in detail. He was very patient and made certain I understood everything he was doing. I called for thermostat repair however he was available to also do maintenance on my air conditioning unit. I am most appreciative and grateful for his professionalism and prompt arrival. He also made sure he wore a mask the entire visit.
