Very successful experience!! Emailed them Sunday evening and received a response back within 10 minutes, which is outstanding! One of the air conditioning units had shutdown so house was uncomfortable but we could manage. Scheduled them to come out on Monday and Tom arrived right on time. After describing what The symptoms were he tuned right in to the problem area and had it fully diagnosed within 15 minutes. Off Tom went to get the parts and we were operating agin within 90 minutes. Although the house was uncomfortable because one of the air conditioners had stopped working, we could cope.Tom showed up on time when he was scheduled to arrive on Monday.
Within 15 minutes of receiving a detailed description of the symptoms, he had properly diagnosed the issue.
Within 90 minutes, Tom was off getting the replacemen components, and we were back in business.
