What I will share is the young individual by the name of Eric . Polite, informative. Found problem in a reasonable length. Of time. Will have him back again if needed. Representatives the business well. Repair costs were a bit steep, being on a fixed income but job well 👍

Last year my son and I were looking for a plumber in the Santa Maria area to replace his water heater tank. Zierman did the emergency work, because his tank was leaking. They were very responsive and worked in a professional way. This past year they replaced my sons old furnace and and some duct work and again they were very professional.
So this month I asked Zierman to replace our water heater tank with some special instructions. I needed to finish repairing the water heater closet with the tank removed. Chico did the replacement in two trips, the removal on Friday and the installation on Monday so that I could accomplish the repair of the closet. He was easy to work with, is a very good communicator and did more than was required of him. And again, he worked with high standards.
I would highly recommend Zierman to anybody for your plumbing and heating work.

Chuck came out on a Sunday to get our toilets and tubs unclogged and running again. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was honest about the future costs we will be facing with an old house but did not take advantage of the weekend to overcharge us like other plumbers may do.

We've had to call a plumber a few times since we've been in the area and Zierman has been available last minute, evenings, and weekends all without breaking the bank for us.

Great service and very competitive lower cost in replacing my 25 year old furnace heater in attic space! Tech guy "Randy" did the whole process - from making the $'s bid to coming back and doing the installation (with a helper). County Inspector stated "A+" in approving the completed project. A couple of weeks ago on a Sunday, my wife and I decided to replace the faucet in the kitchen sink. We ran into some issues during the process that we could not resolve, and since the job was not done, we were unable to turn the water to the house back on. We called Zierman Plumbing, spoke with Chuck. He was very professional and upfront about everything. We had him come out, and could not have been more pleased.
