Tim does a great job getting the plumbing installations done in a very professional way and on time. My customers tell me he’s very easy to work with and listens to their needs. Recommend him to anyone who needs a great job at a good price.

He did toilet repair tightening up tank. Did not need new toilet gasket at this time.

Tim came on time in the two hour window he scheduled. He put in a new water softener. He knows his business and found my problem quickly. His estimate was the final price. No surprises. He’s pleasant and polite and is very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Needing a hot water heater replacement quickly, I Googled plumbers. Seeing Honest Plumbing I was a little leery of the name, but there were very good reviews so I decided to give them a try. It was a great move! Tim not only came on the same day, but was able to repair an issue with the heater, which extended the life of the heater for a few more years and saved me a large expense. He could have easily replaced the old one and I would never have know the difference. He truly lives up to his company name. He’s very personable, professional, knowledgeable of his trade with a large number of work experience years and even cleans up well when he’s done. I would certainly use him again.

Honest Plumbing definitely is a perfect name for this company, because I have never been treated so fairly by a plumber or service technician of any kind for that matter. I called for a drain cleaning, but also for advice on how to replace my own drain system. Tim cleared my drain and gave me every tip in his playbook to help me with any future problems. He mapped out my entire interior and exterior drain system for a fraction of the price of another quote for the same service. Tim was professional, personable and showed great integrity. He cleaned everything after he was finished and showed great respect for my home and family. Speaking of family, we were talking while he worked and he is a dedicated family man himself who works a long hard day and still runs home at the end of the day, to shower and take his girl to gymnastics. Being a good father does not have bearing on being a good plumber, but it does speak volumes to his character. Tim will forever have my business and I will send anyone I know to him with full confidence that they will be in good hands!

Tim did an excellent job flushing my water heater and filtration system. This is the 3rd year I have called h and glad I did!

I had been told by 2 professionals that I needed a pressure regulator. Tim did a very thorough check of my water pressure at various places. He even crawled around and checked the water softener and saw that I already had a pressure regulator attached to it. He was at my house for close to an hour and refused to take any money!

Tim was incredibly helpful in assessing the issue with my shower drain and created a solution that bypassed poor quality pipes. Kind, courteous, respectful, and knows his stuff! 👍
