"In some ways it does not make sense to leave a 5-star review for this company as I have had lots of issues. However, their response time has been beyond impressive - which is quite important when your A/C quits in 90+ degree weather. They have fixed every issue promptly tho most were caused by them. For example, they installed a new heatpump and an hour or 2 after completing the installation, the unit stopped - they didn't blow out the drain line and debris had gotten in from the installation. I had a number of issues similar to this - some caused by them following normal annual service. But they stood behind replacing the evaporator coil following ""dirty sock syndrome"" and even covered the service (the coil was under warranty). They are not perfect, but do make things right."

Our current unit was the ""Cadillac"" of the AC world 6 years ago so we thought it would last at least 15 years so we justified the extra expense at the time. Buying a new unit just 6 years later was hard to stomach so we decided to ask for a second opinion before committing to buying another expensive AC unit."
