West coast AC & Heater Repair's experienced technician, Emilio Morales, came out same day of my visit with West coast AC & Heater Repair's owner John Osgood. Emilio was able to repair my unit same day and offer further maintenance needs that he would coordinate after he visited with our unit's manufacturing rep. In addition, Emilio personally followed up on email with all of the information and action items discussed. Very impressive and very much appreciated!

Half way through replacing ducts and insulation - immediate improvement in my air flow and cooling. Very good communicators and did a great job cleaning up. I'm vaccinated but did notice one employee not wearing a mask, which stood out because everyone else from the company has been very conscientious
