I called to see if there was any way they could fit us in, and the guy answering the phone was rude. Before I even finished speaking, he cut me off with a "no". I finished my sentence, and the whole time I was talking he kept saying "no", "no", "no". I completely understand that you don't have an appointment available, but there's a nice way to speak people.
