Thank you for being so prompt and courteous at coming to fix our ac. I can't remember the gentleman's name but upon me opening the door one of my dogs slipped out and headed down the street towards the highway-stressed from the heat for 2 days-and the man waited patiently while I ran after her-I know he had other calls but I appreciate his patience. That actually took longer than fixing the condenser. But he solved the problem quickly and our house is now cooling-yea-the children can come back home :)
