All Star Heating & AC Repair charged us $400.00 for the basic removal of an older kitchen faucet and installation of a new one. The job took 45 minutes and this price was absolutely ridiculous. They won’t tell you how much they are going to charge until they are onsite and you already owe them the 59 “diagnosis” fee. This is despite the fact that they clearly know how much they will charge you because another reviewer on this site was charged the same amount for a kitchen faucet install. It feels manipulative and the fee for a simple faucet install is absurdly disproportionate to the work involved. I will not hire this company again.

Very impressed with this company. All Star Heating & AC Repair technician spent as much time as was needed to get my ac back up and running. He didn't want me to have to purchase a new unit. He engendered loyalty and respect. Thank you All Star Heating & AC Repair!

I had a shower and one toilet back up and the next day, my 2 kitchen sinks did the same. Then my other toilet backed up. All these were solved only because of All star Heating & AC Repair .

staff wore shoe covers when he is in the house, which other company guys did as well. What staff also did was take covers off when he went into the attic or out of the house then put them back on when he's in the house, which another company's guy (one with cheaper price and more yelp review) did not..

Hired them !! They use Bosch for installation and this unit is super quiet unlike our neighbors house we can tell when their unit is on it's loud‼ Excellent job ...

All Star Heating & AC Repair has fixed multiple different things for me including a leaking shower, broken A/C, suboptimal heating, and plumbing issues in our laundry room. Each visit is fairly priced, never get upsold though am an easy target for it, and super happy.

Woke up to no hot water. Called All Star Heating & AC Repair and had a service person at our door outfitted in protective mask (covid) by 9:00 am. Our tank was old and needed replacement. Decided on a replacement 50 gallon tank and Joe had it picked it up and installed by 4:00 pm. excellent and pleasant service. My new go to hvac and plumbing contractor.

Quick to respond for a quote and provided one via message, unlike others who charge a fee just to come out and see what needs to be done. Very professional and efficient work had all the tools to do the job in an older condo. Would use again or recommend to others who need a quality plumber.
