We needed a new mini split air conditioner for our bedroom. I had heard good things about Air Crew and Igor and his crew so I called him and Igor himself came over early the next day to assess the situation.
Kosta and Tim (pronounced teem) arrived the next day on time and installed the new equipment. They also cleaned the central air conditioning unit that we had. They did a beautiful job and everything is working great now. We are very satisfied with the work and the price. We will be using them from now on to maintain our equipment. Highly recommended.

Super prompt response. Sergey came out the day after I called and was right on time. I like to know what a service tech is doing when they’re working on something in my house. Sergey was super patient and explained exactly what the problem with my system was. A lot of contractors try to talk over your head so they can gouge you in their pricing. Sergey was fair and honest. I hope I don’t have to, but I’d hire him again without reservation.

Air Crew initially sent a technician to diagnose a tricky problem with my furnace, they recommended a repair and completed it, and I paid them, but the repair did not fix the problem with the furnace. Air Crew contacted me on their own initiative and refunded my money. and upon my request sent a technician immediately, Tony, who came and spent some more time on the furnace and ended up fixing the problem and repairing it properly, at no expense. Air Crew handled this whole situation very professionally in a very fair and reasonable manner. I'm very happy with air
crew and would use them again

Both times I needed service Sergey was able to come within a short time on the same day. He identified the problem and did the repairs immediately. He is extremely trustworthy and I highly recommend him.

Home warranty service wanted to me to wait 24 hours to make an appointment. I wasn’t having any of that. I called Air Crew at 9:00AM and had a window from 11-1 on the same day. Tony showed up at 11, was professional and great to work with (So happy these guys showed when they said they would). He was able to diagnose the problem in a very short amount of time and got my A/C up and running very quickly. Good thing because it’s gunna be 102° today! He also advised that the unit needed to be cleaned. Honestly, I’ve never done it so I had him do that as well. The amount of dirt buildup was shocking!

Bottom line is I would pay more if I knew I would get this kind of service from a company. Thank you Air Crew for putting customers first. I’m saving their number and will DEFINITELY use these guys again!!

I’ve used Air Crew for years and they’re always very responsive when you call. My A/C unit went out yesterday during this 100 degree heatwave. Called this morning and they were able to come out the same day and repair the issue. Sergey was the technician that was sent out and he was great, answering all my questions and explained everything in detail. My house is now cooling down, couldn’t ask for a better resolution. Great company, will definitely continue using them in the future.

Tim from Air Crew came out promptly to my new house where the heating for my brand new system wasn’t connected properly and he analyzed the situation which was worse than I thought. Came back the next day and 3 hours later we had heat. Tim was courteous and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer and more thorough guy.
