    They have the cleanest shop I've ever seen. Reminds me of an Apple Store... huge on training and keeping their services as on-point and professional as possible. Amazing outfit

Very professional job. They added an additional air intake vent and I could hardly tell that it was added. I did not need to do any touch up or fixing. Cleaned up each day after they were finished.

    Our whole experience with Smart 72 was totally amazing. From start to finish I couldn't be more pleased or impressed.
    I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing. I knew it had been a long time since our furnace had been inspected. I also knew the heat flow in the house wasn't very efficient, with some rooms much colder than others.

    The initial inspector, Jeff Lemoine, arrived when promised, was friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He did the inspection in and under the house and returned with numerous photos of what he saw (which apparently just bordered on disaster!).

    After reviewing our utility bills, he helped us select the optimal furnace unit for our size house. I was a bit surprised when he directed us away from a more power (assumed.. expensive) model, saying it was more than we needed.

    Jeff answered all our questions and we never felt rushed or pressured.

    We also opted to install a circulating hot water pump... something we hoped would help reduce water usage.

    After we agreed on everything, I had anticipated a few weeks wait. When Jeff said they could start the same afternoon I was really surprised. I don't remember the name of the man who showed up, but he was friendly and went right to work disassembling the old furnace and removing the vents. He inquired if we needed space heaters for the night (which we didn't).

    The next morning Austin and his crew showed up when promised and work on the new installation began.

    We've been around many workmen in the past, but the general mood of Austin, Steve (and I regret I can't remember #3) was remarkable. They were upbeat, worked quietly (no blaring radios, etc), and just seemed to always be in good spirits.

    At the end of the day EVERYTHING had been installed and tested. All the old parts and litter were removed. Everything was as before.

    I knew it was getting late for them, but Austin made certain that we understood how to work the new thermostat. Steve, who installed the water pump and timer explained how set it, and did the initial settings for me.

    I felt we were in friendly, competent and professional hands from start to finish.

    I can give the HIGHEST RATING WITHOUT RESERVATION for this company and it's work ethic. We will not hesitate to call upon this valuable resource in the future.

    This AC repair turned into the work order from hell. Addressed starting the middle of June, 4 weeks later, was completed 07/15/19. Part after part was ordered and paid for until finally the unit was fixed. This testimonial is for and about Shaun Palmer, uber tech for Smart72. He tried to save us $$ every step of the process with his knowledge and patience. Shaun returned to the job every time until it was completed. The point of this was his tenacity and commitment to his job. He was incredibly diligent and thorough and wasn't through until the problem was figured out. Shaun Palmer is the role model example of customer service and work ethic 100%!     Michelle (our customer service person) was the deciding factor in choosing Smart 72. I received 3 quotes that were essentially apple's to apple's quotes. The difference between high and low quotes was 6%, Smart 72 being the highest quote. We decided on Smart 72 for the following reasons:
    1. Sense of urgency. Michelle and the entire system continued to move forward once we decided on using this company
    2. Clear communication. Everyone at Smart 72 communicated clearly with each other and with us as the client from start to finish
    3. A dog bone. Michelle brought a dog bone for our beloved Saint Bernard puppy. We love our dog and her wellbeing is important to our family. Michelle recognized that we are relationship oriented, not just transactional. I appreciate this quality in a sales/service person and will always choose this mindset over the low cost leader.

    Contract to install new HVAC system executed in April 21 and paid an initial deposit using our credit card. To date, installation is incomplete. Thermostat not installed. System cannot be tested to work. Company has not responded to phone calls to complete the system. Because the equipment in not operable it is faulty equipment. Most upsetting is that the contract calls for the company to send us a final billing statement prior to using our credit card for final payment...instead, with the system NOT fully installed and not working, they made an unauthorized us of the credit card to take full payment on this faulty equipment. None of our calls or emails have been responded to. Our next action is legal. Buyers beware.

    Kyle was very thorough and professional. The delivery team were very early and let us know what to expect. The whole team was so great during a difficult time with a failed water heater. They were several hours early and completed the job before our expected arrival time.
