The two workers from smart 72 arrived in the time window and worked until the job was done. They installed new ducts but not vents. They answered all my questions and explained a number of approaches they used. First they removed all the old ducts R-4.2 And replace with R-6. It appears they balanced the duct system. Time will tell, but everything looks good today. I had no comparison bids so can't comment on value

Excellent customer service! I was notified when technician, Chris, was on his way. Chris arrived on time with a smile on his face. Always a good sign that a person enjoys their job.

Mike explained the entire process and kept us informed of what was happening as the day progressed. Isidro taught me how to use the new system controller. They finished at the time quoted. Everything was cleaned up and all boxes and trash were removed. I would recommend this service to friends.

We had Smart72 come out through a promotion through Home Depot. Our furnace & A/C unit are both 6 years old & we’ve never had them serviced. Chris was right on time & found an electrical problem, explained what it was, & had the part to fix our A/C. He checked the furnace & water heater, & replaced our filter. We decided to get their yearly membership, which discounted the current cost of the part & brought the promotional service call even lower. I feel the value of the membership is a good one, since our units will need regular servicing & costs nothing for a diagnostic call. Chris was knowledgeable & a very personable-great hardworking guy whom I trust! I recommend Smart72.

They provided a free consultation to replace my wall heater. The design technician was knowledgable and listened to what I had to say. It seemed like there was only one choose a white 35000 BTU Williams wall heater from what I needed. No big deal for me, it made it easy to choose. What I like most about the service was that the permit was included in the price with certain guarantees on my core heating system. Technicians came during their specified time and installed and framed the new heater nicely. I would recommend smart 72 as an option for any HOA.

Terrible service all around, took 2 different service guys and 3 visits to add refrigerant and change a condenser in my unit. The office staff never called back as they stated they would. The company didn't have records of installing my system, convenient when warranty questions came up. There are plenty of other Heating and Air companies...be smart don't use Smart 72!!!
