    Smart 72 so far has been 5* for sure! Mike, project manager, from Paso Robles is very knowledgeable and responded to our questions with confidence and very honest about our needs. No overselling and we trusted his opinions 100%.
    As for missing a star, Michelle, the sales lady did put a bit of pressure on me. She was also very knowledgeable and I felt ready to discuss my options with my husband. She gave me nice folder with all my signature papers, but not a detailed list of what the quote included. A screen shot of her product info sent to my phone would have helped if she was out of copies. How could I convince husband to spend $20,000+ with no description in writing’ paperwork?

    I called smart 72 because they usually get here on time, and a lot of other companies tend to never show and give excuses. They got here after 3 pm (It was a 12-3 window.). That's not a big deal though. Every time I call regarding my AC, it costs 500-600. The technician wasn't here long. He left and came back after picking up the part. He fixed the AC; it took him about 15 minutes. That was great, but I wanted a receipt/invoice. I never got one. I wanted to check the labor and price of parts. I called smart72, and they said he'd send one later. I've never heard of having to wait for a receipt. The technician told me he was emailing it to me. All he gave me was a paper for the membership to smart 72.

    I thought I just needed an inspection of my furnace because the heat was unevenly distributes around the house. I called Home Depot and the very next day they sent an inspector from Smart72.

    After an hour of meticulous work, he determined there was CO2 leakage of dangerous levels, even if my detectors had not alarmed me. I ended up buying a brand new furnace as a result. It was installed and working in a timely manner. The workers were careful with my carpets and laid out tarps everywhere. Not a spec of dust was left. The unit is quieter and efficient. The company, to boot, refunded me the inspection fee.

    Living in a small town, sometimes is hard to get services done of this magnitude and promptly. This company was professional, and their products are excellent. Thank you very much to everyone who made my life easier and safe.

    Thank you Smart 72. Needed a new furnace and when I left a message with the company, they responded within the hour and a representative was here the following day.     Overall outstanding experience!
    Our technician, Chris, arrived on time with a smile. He introduced himself right away and went on to explain he would be inspecting the furnace, ductwork, breaker box and water heater. Throughout the service appointment he worked cleanly and quietly. He conducted what appeared to be a very thorough inspection of the furnace using a detailed checklist, and additionally ran a CO test inside by attaching a meter to the furnace duct. He completed all the equipment inspections in 3 hrs. He clearly articulated his findings and made recommendations. He was professional, exceptional in explaining the overall conditions and specific issues of the furnace. Chris took the time to visually show us the areas of concern; and we felt confident following his recommendations. We scheduled a further appointment to install a new furnace.
    We are extremely happy with the smart72 service today; and particularly pleased with this Technician’s practical understanding of his profession. He was obviously well trained; and well-informed of the next steps we needed to take to resolution.
