You are requesting feedback from us, with your crew feeling they completed the job, but there is is still work to be done. We have learned that these feedback requests expire after so many days, and we were waiting for your dispatch to phone to set up the next work date, but the week has now ended and no one has phoned. You set up the job to install a tankless water heater, the crew did now show up until just before noon, and left our home (job site) before four. There are still parts sitting here that need to be installed, and also some parts that are not sitting here that also need to be installed. We have been using the Rinnai tankless water heater, purchased through Home Depot, which contracted out with smart72 to install. So we have been using it for several days now, it does put out nice full time hot water, but the yet to be installed hot water recirculation system has yet to be installed, as well as the Wi-Fi control module. So we do have to wait for sometime to get hot water at several locations around the house, which we were told would not happen with the recirculation system. The Wi-Fi module is here, two bypass valves are here, but the crew did not leave the bypass valve pump here, we do not know if it is still in the box in their truck or if they had forgotten to bring it. We would like to redo this feedback when the job is completed, we have phoned this past week attempting to get that done, and have been told we should here back from someone by next Monday!

Everyone we dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Service was the best. The salesman explained everything to us, we felt very comfortable knowing the job would be done right. He was there when the job started and when it was complete. He answered all of our questions and was very professional. Installers were neat, clean, and very polite. They explained to us every day what they were doing and how it was being installed. Jeremy, the Smart72 rep. who came out to my home to discuss my current heating system and what my future needs will be, took the time to thoroughly listen and understand my improvement plans for the home.

In response, Jeremy was clear and straightforward in explaining the options available to me, because Jeremy knows his business. It’s refreshing to know there are still good, smart, and honest people in business, not wanting to just make a quick buck.
I never felt pressured, or obligated at any time to buy an unnecessary or unwanted product or service.

Jeremy was also very straightforward in explaining to me about a service program offered by Smart72, but that I graciously declined the offer. Reason being that when I closed escrow on my new home, the Seller provided a one-year Home warranty which is effective until Dec. 27, 2020.

In the near future, when my wife and I decide which direction to go, we are confident that Jeremy’s knowledge-based advice will allow us to make the best ‘informed’ decision possible.

The installers for our airconditioner arrived early and finished that same day. They did excellent work , working quietly. They respected all things in our house working carefully around them. I have already been recommending Smart 72 to my friends and neighbors.

I have used Smart72 three times over the past two years. Each time they have provided timely and effective service. The most recent episode was in the middle of a heatwave and they were able get me on their schedule very quickly. Chris has helped us in the past couple of episodes. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, each time taking the time to explain what is going on, options to address the issues, and then getting the units working really quickly. Highly recommended service. I'll be using them again in the future should anything go wrong with my AC or furnace.

They’re the best! Today I had Tyler and the service was great. He did a great job cleaning my ac, thermostat and air ducts. Smart 72 is one of a kind. I only wish they were in Colorado too since I have a home there as well and I cannot find service like they offer.

I leave my earlier review of the install because it was my experience BUT today's service technician was thorough, communicated well, was professional and knowledgeable. It would appear that this company is back on the right track and I will continue to use them as long as today's excellent service experience continues.

Started off well, go rapidly downhill once the contract is signed. Don't plan daily workload well so a different team shows up each day with little to no handover. Promised 1-2 day install, took 3. I had to pay someone to be present for the last day. Left holes in the ceilings. Took 3 weeks for repair man to contact me - time for repair still not fixed. Con job on the financing. Pay the maximum you were told otherwise it turns into a regular minimum credit card put and you would pay a ppremium.

I initiated the service through home depot to replace my natural gas water heater. The inspector came out and quoted us for the repair. They came out 2 days later with a vet and a trainee. They were very professional and helpful and got us taken care of in quick order while training his trainee. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely use them in the future.

These guys are a scam. Will tell you a scary story about your system being broken and carbon monoxide buildup, then will put together an overpriced quote to replace everything in your home. I got a 2nd and a 3rd opinion, neither found anything wrong and they also said there was zero evidence a test had even been done. They didn't even clean my vents, which was the original purpose of them coming out. Always get a 2nd opinion.
