    Heating system was having issues lately with kicking on. Called smart72 on a Monday and they were out Tuesday afternoon. Luckily it was a simple fix and we are back in business! The service tech, Timothy, called ahead and was on time. He was very professional. Very happy with the service.

    First off I want to say that I was in between a rock and a hard place during the coldest time of the year. Smart 72 was a life saver, literally. I was freezing my you know what off. They stuck to their appointment time showing up on time. Giving me a 45min call tell they would show and a call when they arrived on site. Shaun, the tech, was super polite and was very informative throughout his inspection and repair. I had an issue that could not be repair on first visit, and the tech had to call the office for advise and direction. The manager happened to answer, David. He was just as knowledgeable and friendly as Shaun was and they found a solution fast and in a timely manner. I will be pleased to have them out again if ever I needed them. I will also be recommending them to all my family and friends. Thanks again Smart 72. You kept my family and me warm during this freezing part of the year.

    The Technician checked the furnish, changed filter and changed thermostat batteries. I just received a text that the dispatcher will call me to give me the ETA for the technician, and here he is, ringing the door bell. They should have a better system doing that, because the appt. time should be at 2-4 PM and he arrived at 12 noon.

    When the technician came out he was very courteous and professional. He was thorough in his explanations of his recommendations for our A/C and furnace. The tune-up was quick and everything was in good shape. There was no gouging for parts. They called in advance, arrived on time and even provided an instant quote for some additional items that we requested. I would definitely recommend them based on this visit.

    We started with this company over a year ago now. Decided to go through Home Depot since we were referred by some friends of ours. The process from day one was a little off. I should have went with my gut and not moved forward with Smart 72. We were bait and switched from day one.

    From being told after 2 initial inspections, and cost estimates, then when the install crew came to do the work, all the sudden we need new ducts and thermostat, tacked on $8k more to the price and negotiating with the manager (who is my main issue) to make this work.

    After the installation, 8 months later, our unit shut down during 100 degree weather with 3 kids and animals. This process, after having numerous people come to our house to see what was wrong, took 3 weeks. Finally, their head installation manager came and fixed it that day.
    The staff and everyone who have been to our home to help us from day one have been wonderful and I cannot say anything bad about them. It is the manager, Dave, who from day one, does not seem to care for his clients and employees. I had to literally stand in my door way negotiating with an employee as Dave was on the phone on extending our service contract since within our first year, we have had about 6 different visits on the unit. Due to this, I did not release their portable unit we had for the 3 weeks keeping only our kids room cool until he would agree in writing to extend our service contract.

    UPDATE: I called to get our unit services since it is located under our home as it is always spitting out dust bunnies. Last employee here stated we would probably need this every 3-6 months.
    As soon as I said who I was (of course I am flagged), I was put on hold because "she was having trouble scheduling my appointment." I was then transferred to someone else and left a voicemail.
    I received a call back stating they would come if I released the portable unit back. Really? Of course I would! They were supposed to come back a week or so later to pick it up after I received in writing my service contract extension.

    I wish this was not such an issue every time I am dealing with them. I have heard from almost every employee that has come to our home negative comments about their work environment as far as management.

    First off, saw Jeff at a nearby home and went to his company car for a possible service/consultation. He promptly called dispatch and I received a call for a appointment that day. Jeff arrived at my home at the designated time frame. After using the heater and AC for a yr now and no issues. Reviewed and documented steps needed for future use. Even with my lack of maintenance. Very happy with the support, education and also Jeff above and beyond to assist me with another issue with my home which he did not need to do. Big plus especially when you start to lose faith on the issue(Home Depot). Was helped prior with Michelle and was also very nice and made the purchase easy. Proceeding with additional add on soon. I would recommend them. Thank you Jeff for picking up where the ball dropped originally and the HVAC system I invested in is getting well taken care of.

    Smart72 replaced our furnace and AC through HomeDepot services. This wasn't a simple job, as they also relocated the furnace out of our basement and into our crawlspace. They did a great job, even installing a new light in the crawlspace! I was very impressed with the lead installer and his crew. They came early on the first morning and started to remove the old system. At the same time, the lead installer took me through the options for relocating, making sure I was making a fully-informed decision. They got the new system in place by the end of the first day, then completed the installation and testing the next morning. Everyone was professional, courteous, and happy to answer any of my questions. The system is SO quiet and now I have extra space in the basement!

    A great company to hire. I replaced the old system with new AC/Heating and the process was fluid. The crews that were sent were professional, attentive to details and courteous. From the sales rep Steve, to installer/technicians Oscar, Isidro, George, Steve, Sam, their supervisor Anthony and even the receptionist/dispatcher met all my expectations with flying colors. When a glitch arose (a defected manufacture coil) the company took care of it immediately to my satisfaction. I am glad that I have chosen Smart72 and looking forwards to their semi-annual maintenance that was part of my contract. Their service is worth the money. Kudos to its managment!

    I’m so impressed with the quality of service from Smart 72. From the consultation to the install everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They were quick and thorough. The price was reasonable and they offered amazing discounts. I’m so glad I chose them. Everyone on their team was kind and helpful and so professional!!

    I used this service for heater repair. The fan motor died due to insufficient air flow caused by undersized return & intake ducting. David and Carl arrived Friday evening and did a good job replacing the ducting & return. Unfortunately, after replacing the motor for the fan the heater still wasn’t blowing out the warm air. It was stated they would need to order but both installers said it was pointless to invest in a 19 year old heater and encouraged me to buy a whole new heater! That was not the agreed upon scope of work and definitely not in my budget. They left saying someone would contact me but with no ETA when that would occur.

    I did receive a call first thing Monday morning. After relaying my experience to him he said he’d be sending an actual repair technician that same evening, with the proper part at no extra charge - thank you sir!

    The follow up visit from Jeremy Jones on Monday evening was amazing! Jeremy arrived, took a look at the work that had been done so far, went back to his van and returned with capacitor in hand. He had it replaced and my heater was pumping out heat in less than 10 minutes. He even tested it 3 times just to make sure. Jeremy was very professional, thorough and efficient. Thank you very much Jeremy for the speedy resolution of my broken heater. You are AWESOME!!!
