    Jeremy was on time, professional but not stuffy (my cat liked him), checked my system (last time they did maintenance service was prior to COVID) and just like before explained each step. He left everything nice and neat. Great service on an old system!

    The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He had a new thermostat in his van so it got fixed immediately. I signed up for a maintenance plan because I was really happy with the service this company provided. Reasonable pricing too.

    Hi smart 72 just installed a heating system for me today, and I just want to highly recommend their work. I had a guy named Oscar and George over here doing it and they did a great job.     Cavan was wonderful. Polite, friendly, efficient. He climbed through my chicken coop and dodged my chihuahua with ease. Couldn’t have asked for a better guy. I was worried after reading the many bad reviews of this company on yelp, but I’m happy to report that everything went swimmingly, from Mike on the phone to book the appointment and the appointment itself! I’ll definitely be using Smart 72 in the future.

    Cavan inspected our furnace and provided a comprehensive oral report and provided helpful advice. He was courteous, respectful and provided an honest evaluation. When we are ready to upgrade our furnace I definitely will call this company to do the work.

    Smart72 was prompt notifying me of initial(s) maintenance cancellation and rescheduling. Once Mr S.Palmer arrive his expertise and professionalism were on display from start to finish. The maintenance was completed in an a timely manner. Mr Palmer provided me with supporting documents/checklist of job perform.

    No complaints whatsoever. Bianca (I think) and another tech came out and did a simple repair in my 10+ yo system. Didn’t try to upsell me anything. Gave me good knowledge regarding future upkeep. 10/10 would reccomend

    We used Smart 72 to install a heating and air conditioning unit. We decided to have it serviced this summer, as we had in the past by this company. It has turned into a horrible and unprofessional experience. Our first appointment was scheduled for June 24 from 9:00-noon. I set aside time for the appointment to hang out and wait at home. We got a call at 9:00 that they were not coming out because the technician had COVID. Ok, I was not happy, but could understand that. So I rescheduled for today, July 6, from 3:00-6:00. Here I am, waiting again, and no one shows up or calls. At 5:55 I call the office. Apparently there was a schedule change and someone was supposed to "let me know". So 6 hours of my life has been set aside for this business that doesn't know how to run a business. I feel bad for the receptionists who work there and have to deal with angry customers like me. I will write this review as many places as I can, so other people don't have to experience this.
