    My dislike for Smart72 was at least not evident until last week! A man knocked on my door nervously. A handsome ( extremely tattooed) man behind him stepped in and politely explained he was training him and he was part of the newmanagement team! After speaking with him, I can safely say they have hired educated professionals to come in and turn their establishment around. We now are recommending Smart72 and their new referral program. Thank you To Robert and the Adorable tattooed boss guy!

    In the past, I was not a fan of Smart72, however, a recent encounter has forced me to have a change of heart. A few years ago, I called the office to inquire about HVAC services. The man in the office was very short and snappy with me when answering my questions, definitely did not give me the warm fuzzies... so I decided not to have the service done and figured I would wait to find another company. Fast forward to a few days ago when two men knocked on my door. One gentleman explained who they were and the other one, a very handsome tattooed man named Jay, explained he was there training him and gently stepped in to inform me of the awesome promotions Smart72 has. Jay was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite to both me and my 82-year-old grandmother who also lives in the house. By the end of our conversation, I was confident in my decision to give Smart72 another chance and I am looking forward to receiving their services.... especially if they send back Jay!

    After getting paid, smart 72 disconnected with the customer they provided services. We don’t know where they are and can not talk with them but they still charge monthly membership fee.

    Smart 72 was incredible! I felt like my heating and ac needs were as important to them and they were to me. I find you just don’t see that level of commitment to customers much anymore and it really impressed our family. Our very happy and now wonderfully COOL family!

    I am very impressed by the level of service for this HVAC company. They maintained the furnace and explained what they were checking. At the end of the visit I knew more about the furnace than I ever did before and also what issues to look for. Their business policies are very consumer friendly. Their smart club membership(sort of insurance plan) costs gets applied to any full replacement system cost

    Fantastic service from dispatch to local office to the service technician. At any point there could have been a dip in service but not with SMART72! I was scheduled super fast and then the local office followed up with a courtesy call confirming the technician’s ETA. The tech arrived on time and was amazingly helpful and professional. No unnecessary upselling, no pushing for repeat visits. Just the facts.

    When the technician left, my AC was working like new! I asked for a follow up service as a preventative maintenance measure and got scheduled before the technician left! Fantastic!

    Outstanding. Tim and John were far more thorough than I expected. No extra sales pitch. Work done was explained as it went along. Results of each test was explained. No pitch for 'additional service needs'. Asked about duct system. Told that system tests showed high efficiency levels and the system did not need replacement. Will call them next time maintenance and/or repair needed!

    Jesse was the service rep. He went above and beyond to help get our AC repaired. He worked to obtain parts and get us scheduled for repairs asap. He also checked components of heating/AC for both areas of our residence. Jesse was polite, funny and very knowledgeable. He left one with the impression that he gave you his best effort to resolve the problems is the fastest possible way. The cost was reasonable for the work that needs to be done. I don't recall ever getting better repair service than Jesse provided. He is an excellent representative for Smart 72.

    The team at Smart72 were super friendly and did a fantastic job. They removed the old furnace and effectively installed a whole new HVAC system with AC in a under day. It was very impressive. I also love how they were conscious of our animals to make sure they didn’t get out.

    Smart72 gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. David Cornejo was very professional and honest. He returned all my calls and emails in a prompt manner. Mike Sims and his crew did the install in 2 days! The job was done very professionally and left our home very clean. We are very pleased with job that they did and would recommend them to anyone.
